Bios:Mesofauna 2nd edition starts with the invasion of the land about 450 million years ago and is an Alternate 2nd Game in the Bios Trilogy. It follows the same sort of Achterbahn environment, same climate change, same or similar creeples, same VP, same tiles, same card colors, same cratons and drift, same basic and Achterbahn games, same catastrophes, same greenhouse, cloudiness, and oxygen. How to play?

Start with an archetype species, and evolve into up to 6 more swimming, flying, burrowing, armored, or parasite species.
Build a portrait of each species that gives you victory points according to its pheromones and population.
Use a diceless contest mechanic to see which carnivore, herbivore, or parasite is the fittest to survive in a particular pollinator, herbivore, or carnivore niche

This terawatt module for High Frontier 4 All introduces two new patent decks: Freighters (1B) and GW Thrusters (1C). Freighters are a new type of patent card allowing the transport of valuable factory goods back to LEO. GW thrusters are more powerful and efficient versions of the MW thrusters of the core game, allowing your Spacecraft to reach the outer planets more easily. This module also optionally introduces Futures, special game goals to earn victory points.

This colonization module introduces orbital space colonies called Bernals and space pioneers called Colonists. These two types of cards extend the core game to go beyond industrializing and exploiting the resources of the solar system to colonizing and settling the solar system. Stationfall is a game of blackmail and betrayal, of murder and mayhem, and of unknown danger and desperate survival.

Stationfall takes place on a corporate space station full of illegal science whose orbit has inexplicably terminally decayed. The station’s motley assortment of humans and robots are suddenly thrust into a life and death struggle for escape and survival. Some of the characters on board are secretly players, who know of the impending disaster and are trying to accomplish their varied victory conditions before the station is incinerated.

In Stationfall, each particular character’s victory condition is publicly known, however which character a particular player is (if any) is secret. Players can suborn any character in the game, adding their skills and gear to their conspiracy. During the game, players must decide if and when to reveal their identity to gain their special ability and full control over their personal character. Until that time, a player’s identity and goals can only be deduced by the actions of their conspirators on board.
